Chancellor's Dry Goods
Built in 1893 by J.H. Chancellor, his dry goods business was located here until 1957. quot;Buster Brownquot; promoting the children shoes of St. Louis company, visited the shoe department in 1915. The store features an elegant staircase leading to the mezzanine. The entry level has been sheathed with mosaic tiles and the original detailed brick and iron work has been replaced.
